New Hampshire Lake House

SUNAPEE, NEW HAMPSHIRE

This award winning lake-front project in NH is both modern and timeless.  The shell of the house is made of granite, wood, steel and glass but the interior tells a much different story.  The client wanted an eclectic, colorful home that wasn't too serious, where guests could feel comfortable from the moment they walked through the door.  The majority of furnishings are vintage pieces sourced from around the world, collected throughout the duration of the project and given a new life by a team of talented woodworkers and upholsters.  These pieces are one of a kind, telling a story of the past while becoming a part of the story of this new home.  The result is a well appointed home that feels welcoming and comfortably lived in and will be enjoyed for generations to come.
